ITP赴美专业实习项目

The Exchange Visitor Program is carried out pursuant to the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961, as amended.
Its purpose is to enhance understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries through educational and cultural exchanges.
Sponsors and exchange visitors are required to comply with the Exchange Visitor Program regulations. It is essential that they become familiar with these regulations. This home page and the pages it links to should be viewed as a resource; they are not intended as a replacement or substitution for the Exchange Visitor Program regulations, 22 CFR Part 62.
Internship/Trainee
Regulations pertaining specifically to the Trainee category are found at [22 CFR 62.22].
The training program provides exchange visitors the opportunity to enhance their skills in their chosen career field through participation in a structured training program and to improve their knowledge of American techniques, methodologies, or expertise within their field of endeavor. Such training shall not duplicate a trainee participant's prior training and experience. Use of the Exchange Visitor Program for ordinary employment or work purposes is strictly prohibited. Sponsors may not place trainee participants in positions which are filled or would be filled by full-time or part-time employees.
The Department is hereby revising its regulations regarding, Trainees and Interns to, among other things, eliminate the distinction between “non-specialty occupations” and “specialty occupations,” establish a new internship program, and modify the selection criteria for participation in a training program. The new regulations also require sponsors to screen, vet, and enter into written agreements with third parties who assist them in recruiting, selecting, screening, orienting, placing, training, or evaluating foreign nationals who participate in training and internship programs. Sponsors must fully complete and secure signatures on a Form DS-7002, Training/Internship Placement Plan (T/IPP) for each trainee and intern prior to issuing a Form DS-2019. The Department adopts no changes to existing flight training regulations. THESE REGULATIONS GO INTO EFFECT ON JULY 19, 2007. See Interim Final Rule for details.

The new regulations replace the existing training plan regulations by incorporating a new form: Training/Internship Placement Plan (T/IPP) - Form DS-7002.     Internship/trainee USA Program是美国国务院在交换学者法案的框架下制定的一项针对国际大学生亲赴美国企业实践自己专业知识与技能的文化交流项目,使用J-1签证,在专业的职业规划中提供了良好的学习和储备平台。项目的主旨是提供给那些对自己的人生发展有着良好规划,希望在所受教育专业的社会行业进行发展,面对大学在校生或大学毕业12个月以内的应届生,提供一个亲赴美国企业进行专业实习3-12个月的机会。截止到目前:酒店与旅游管理(Hospitality and Tourism) 、商业( Business) 、金融学( Commerce and Finance) 、公关管理与法律(Public Administration and Law) 、教育(Education) 、社科(Social Sciences)等专业为主流匹配专业和方向。
    通过在美国企业的专业实习,可以让学生更加深入了解外企的专业技术和管理模式。美国政府鼓励本国企业向这些有志青年开放实习岗位,欢迎他们带着自己所学的知识来到美国,在专业岗位上继续提高自己的专业水平,了解美国相关行业的技术知识和管理方式,在实习期满回国之后,把自己在美国企业学习到的工作经验应用于他们未来的职业发展中。专业带薪实习项目严格要求申请人学术专业匹配性,让学生真正获得海外企业的专业实习和工作经验。
    项目参与人在美国实习期间,将由美国企业提供完整的实习进阶规划,与美国同事并肩工作,同工同酬,并且受到美国劳动保障部门的监护。在实习企业同意加班的情况下,享受有1.5倍工资。项目是美国国务院制定的文化交流项目,具有很高的安全保障。同时广留服对美国合作执行机构的选择极为谨慎。因为申请人的合法权益和在美安全保障一直是主办方的关注焦点,也是美国国务院重点监控的内容。

申请资格

1. 所有赴美专业实习申请人必须符合美国美国国务院相关法案要求,即Internship/Trainee USA Program项目的申请人必须年满18岁;
2. 所有赴美专业实习申请人必须是大学在校学生,或者大学毕业12个月以内的应届毕业生。包括:大专、本科、硕士。统招生,非统招生均可。或者大学毕业超过12个月,有一年以上工作经验的专业人士;
3. 所有赴美专业实习申请人必须具有优秀的英语沟通能力,最好还了解或掌握一定的专业术语,同时,具有半年到一年的所申请企业所在行业的国内工作或实习经验,这是美国企业很看重的;
4. 主办方要求申请人应该具有非常好的独立自主能力。且具有外向乐观精神的申请人往往更容易得到美国企业的青睐。而外向的性格也可以让申请中更好地与融入美国环境、企业和美国社会。

Internship/Trainee USA项目优势

正规企业的实习,受美国法律保护
    在美国正规企业实习,与美国同事并肩工作,决非传统的基础见习工作。所有项目参与人在美国企业中与同岗位同级别的国际实习生同工同酬,并且受到美国劳动保障部门的监护。

针对性定制实习计划
    所有开放实习岗位的企业均有着严格的实习计划,由美国国务院制定的DS7002表格体现,DS7002表格是一份完整地政府备案的实习计划 (参考第六部分信息) 。表格需要在实习生签证前由申请人签字确认,上面有实习企业或机构明确列出的实习岗位,以及这个岗位可以对参与人专业能力提高的预期目标。而对于英语专业的申请人, 需要他们对自己人生有规划,有明确的职业发展方向。一般语言教育类工作是非常常见的,如果申请人有志于其它专业的职业发展,则需要提供在相关专业上的课程成绩以及学习报告。

Trainee will be trained within a small group of our employees. She/He will be monitored by supervisor at all the time. Trainee will receive detailed instructions and have the ability to ask a lot of questions.

The trainee should be able to receive a factory offer, organize and communicate the offer to our Vice President of Imports, and if the  offer is accepted, be able to write the purchase order, create the case pack spreadsheets, and forward all payment request for goods to the appropriate person in the office.

Final evaluation will be conducted by supervisor & CHI representative The final review of the program will take place between the trainee and hosting business representative to ensure the trainee has a comprehensive understanding and can demonstrate the skills and knowledge of a successful American business. Senior Management will then administer and evaluate the trainee’s overall progress during the program.
