Qualified by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry
of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and under the direct
control of Guangdong Provincial Department of Personnel, Guangdong Service
Center for Scholarly Exchange (GDSCSE) is a legal and licensed organization
engaged in sending Chinese students to study abroad. It is developed from
the IIE Office Guangdong existing in 1980's.The legal person of GDSCSE
is Mr. Qin Limo. Besides sending students to study abroad, we also undertake
international education and international intelligence exchange and hold
international education exhibition etc. We have high quality staff with
modern office facilities and can provide comprehensive service to the
students. In nearly two-year time, We've got rich experience through our active work in the field of sending students abroad. At present, we have built up active cooperative relations with foreign educational institutions in US, UK, Australia and Canada etc. Till now we have nearly sent many students to study abroad and have gained a good reputation. We regularly advertise on TV, newspapers and Internet web to promote our students recruitment work. We also often hold education seminars or education exhibitions in cities of Guangzhou、Shenzhen、Zhongshan、Foshan etc. Now we are planning to set up a special program Studying Abroad on Guangdong Satellite TV Channel and to hold education exhibition tours or seminars with the presentation of foreign educational institutions' representatives. All these we are planning are try to attract more students here to study abroad. Now we not only do well in sending students to study abroad individually but search a way to send students by groups. We not only make a bridge between the students and foreign educational institutions before the students leaving China but provide services to help them get employed in China when they finish their study abroad. In this way, more and more students want us to help them study abroad and more and more foreign educational institutions establish closer co-operative relations with us. In the new century we are looking for and warmly welcome more foreign educational institutions to set up co-operative relation with us.
